you have the rights ; To post and use my art for various purposes including but not limited to: Personal icons, RP character references.
If you are unsure, you are welcome to ask.

editing

amount of editing ; Personally, I will offer the option to suggest edits to the work during the sketching, linework, and coloring stages. Any edits requested of me after the final rough draft is sent will be declined. Any post-completion edits by me will be declined. MINIMAL editing of the completed artwork by the customer is allowed but it should not alter the integrity of the original piece.
(Ex. resizing, cropping, removing a blank or flat background to create transparency are all allowed.)

any other terms ; *It is alright to offer real-life references, but I will not draw a real person's full likeness without their express permission. This means I will not draw a celebrity AS THEMSELVES, BUT am willing to draw renditions of real people as their CHARACTERS. (Ex. Chris Evans as Captain America, Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy.)This being said, I am willing to do portraits, self-inserts, or OC's using the commissioner's likeness.

about me ; I am a simple bean from a small town just trying to make it in the big world. I have an associate's degree in art and I have spent the majority of my life in the arts be that in theater or drawing.
